Jeddah Urban Development and Development Company has announced the start of signing contracts Al-Tashaleh Project with beneficiaries, in conjunction with the handover of the land, starting this coming Sunday, 6 Dhu al-Qi’dah 1446 AH, for a period of two months, following the completion of preparatory works and the reaching of a 100% reservation rate of the total leasable area of 850,000 square meters.
The Al-Tashaleh Project is a model gated community featuring a main gate for entry and exit control, equipped with integrated security systems including security guard services, cleaning services, and surveillance cameras, contributing to the organization of activities and the creation of a safe and efficient working environment for investors.
In a related development, Jeddah Company announced the completion of the leasing of 97% of the leasable area in the model scrap yard project, located south of Jeddah on Al-Leith Road north of the Third Industrial City, covering an area of 1.7 million square meters, with a total of 250 beneficiaries.
Both projects are strategic initiatives implemented by the Jeddah Municipality through Jeddah Company, with the aim of regulating activities related to scrap and salvage, curbing unregulated and informal practices, supporting light industries, and increasing the percentage of local content.
