The package includes 13 opportunities dedicated to commercial activities, distributed between the establishment, operation and maintenance of shops and commercial complexes in a number of neighborhoods, most notably an integrated city for contenders with an area of 846,684 square meters, and Jeddah Contenders Park with an area of 429.The industrial activities included the launch of a barley packing and milling project with an area of 145,472 square meters south of Jeddah, and 8 opportunities have been allocated to establish residential complexes for workers, which contribute to providing a supportive residential environment for the business sector.

Within the framework of the interest in enhancing the recreational infrastructure, the Municipality has offered 8 opportunities to establish public parks with supporting activities (kindergartens, shops), in addition to an opportunity to establish a food carts area within the activity of municipal incubators in the southern neighborhood of Abhar, and in the educational sector, an opportunity to establish a health college. The total area of the offered opportunities is more than 1.4 million square meters, strategically distributed to meet the needs of neighborhoods and ensure integration between different activities.
Jeddah Municipality called on investors wishing to apply for bids to enter through the Saudi Cities Investment Portal "Opportunities“, noting that the dates for opening bids began on May 1, 2025 and continue until July 8, 2025, according to the specified timetable.
