Balance or Disparity in the Real Estate Market Ahead... Northern Riyadh as a Case Study
Farzal Al-Shammari
How beautiful was that (the royal Eid gift) and the good tidings and breezes of goodness it brought, which spread far and wide—not only in the capital, but we heard its echoes in every direction, as a state of joy arose coinciding with the night of the blessed Eid al-Fitr.
And far beyond the scope of this Eid gift—whether social or even humanitarian— It has, without a doubt, not only met but exceeded the highest hopes and dreams of transforming your zero real estate balance into actual ownership of a precious part of a priceless homeland.
Perhaps I should touch on what I see as the two central pillars of this Eid gift—the property owner and the financing entities.
The property owner… who is the most influential and powerful factor in the real estate equation and will be one of the ambassadors of development through his support for the Crown Prince’s initiative, may God protect him, There may be those who disagree with me, but I realize that clear-thinking minds—no matter how overwhelmed they may be by greed and millions—rise above it all when national duty comes first and is the true reward.
The property itself… (Congratulations), but the "obstacle" faced by some who dream of seeing (a deed in their names) is bank financing; whether its terms align with the citizen’s financial capacity or, conversely, certain conditions may prevent the realization of (the long-awaited dream), Perhaps the banks will take a lenient view of some of the borrowers’ circumstances when purchasing a home or land—to “ease” their burden, show understanding of their situations, and turn a blind eye to a portion of their monthly obligations through flexible approaches that help alleviate the burden on citizens without harming the banks.
Conclusion...
This is a real-world investment invitation to visit the city of dreams and the bright future that awaits in Hail
