In order to unify joint efforts and cooperation with all sectors concerned with serving the pilgrims, the Performance Efficiency and Operational Excellence Centers contributed to unifying the efforts of the sectors supervising the operations and development within the scope of the holy sites by implementing a smart mechanism to receive reports that contributed to reducing the response time to reports and processing them, in addition to providing integrated services and camp delivery to achieve speed and flexibility while achieving quality according to the highest standards.

Since the beginning of the Hajj season, Kadana has been keen to provide more than 4,500 units of water coolers and drinks distributed in the holy sites and rest areas, which played its role in facilitating the pilgrims“ journey and making it more comfortable and smooth. The project also added a practical and environmental dimension by establishing regular rest points carefully distributed to be stations of calm and recreation, which help the pilgrims regain their activity while moving between the feelings.

<This season, the Holy Sites witnessed an enhancement in health and ambulatory readiness through the emergency hospital project in Mina, which enabled the rapid handling of emergency cases, supported by a bridge and electric lifts linking the hospital to the main movement paths, to make the response more effective and fast in light of the human density, in addition to the role of ambulatory staging centers, which enabled medical teams to immediately reach emergency cases through (71) rapid intervention points distributed along the paths, and emergency services centers for first aid contributed to providing basic health care in (14) emergency units distributed in strategic locations that contributed to the reduction of the number of lost pilgrims. <Kadana's efforts in developing the housing system were complemented by the implementation of double-decker tents, which contributed to providing a comfortable environment for pilgrims and increasing the capacity in Mina, and to complement this increase, it worked to operate more than (110. 000) toilets that meet the needs of pilgrims,In terms of the movement of pilgrims, the new escalators that facilitated the process of movement and movement, especially for the elderly, while the development of more than (100) commercial units in the holy sites constituted a significant shift in enriching the experience of the guest of mercy.
