Ministry of Hajj and Umrah calls on Umrah institutions and external agents to document housing contracts

Issuance of Umrah visas is conditional on the documentation of Umrah housing contracts through the Nisk Masar platform Starting from Dhul Hijjah 1446.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has called on Umrah companies and institutions, and external agents, to commit to documenting contracts for housing pilgrims in tourist hospitality facilities licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, through the Nisk Masar platform, as part of its efforts to ensure the quality of services provided to pilgrims and improve operational efficiency during the Umrah season.

In this context, the Ministry stressed the importance of documenting contracts early and adhering to the approved regulations to avoid any delays in issuing visas or exposure to legal procedures.

The decision comes within the framework of the cooperation between the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Tourism.
