Eastern Province Governor Eng. Fahad bin Mohammed Al Jubeir stressed that the progress of Khobar 13 places to become 135th in the ranking of the best cities to live globally this year is a major global achievement, which comes in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and achieving its targets that included the inclusion of Khobar to be among the 100 best cities to live in the world in livability indicators by 2030.
