The Public Authority for Real Estate announced that the deadline for the first in-kind registration of 159 real estate parcels in part of the Al-Naqaba neighborhood in Al-Jamoum Governorate in the Makkah region will expire by the end of next Thursday, Muharram 1, 1447 AH, corresponding to June 26, 2025 AD.

The Authority confirmed that the registration of real estate transactions and the registration of all changes to the property will be carried out in the real estate sector. The Authority emphasized that failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes their owners to the financial penalties contained in the Real Estate Registration System, which is determined by a committee specialized in considering violations, and that requests for real estate registration continue in all declared areas even after the expiration of the registration period specified in the announcement decision.
