The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises “Monshaat” is organizing, on Sunday, the activities of the Real Estate and Contracting Week, with the participation of a number of government and private entities, until July 3, at the establishment support centers in the cities of Riyadh and Medina, and the governorates of Jeddah and Khobar.

The "Real Estate and Contracting Week", in which a number of possible entities participate, such as: The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the General Authority for Real Estate, the Saudi Contractors Authority, the General Authority for State Properties, and other supporting entities, aims to educate entrepreneurs about investment opportunities in the sector by introducing them to the services and programs provided by government and private entities that support small and medium enterprises in the sector.
The “Real Estate and Contracting Week” will be held in Riyadh, Madinah, Jeddah, and Al Khobar. During the week, several in-person and virtual meetings and success stories in the sector will be presented through the participation of the CEO of the Saudi Real Estate Authority, Engineer Abdullah Al Hammad, and the Secretary General of the Saudi Contractors Authority, Abdul Majeed Al Rashoudi, to highlight the most important programs and initiatives dedicated to entrepreneurs, and the week will include a range of consultations, guidance and workshops to enhance the entry of SMEs and entrepreneurs into the real estate and contracting sector."
