National Housing Company (NHC) has announced the opening of the registration of interest in Al Warif, the new urban destination it is developing southeast of Jeddah, as part of its ongoing efforts to provide integrated residential communities that enhance the quality of life in various regions of the Kingdom. Al Warif is the company's largest project in terms of area in the Makkah region, spanning more than 10.4 million square meters and offering more than 12,000 residential units, all designed to meet the aspirations of Saudi families looking for a balanced and integrated residential environment.
