As part of the events of Real Estate and Construction Week in Madinah, a workshop was organized titled: “The Strategic Approach to Investment Decision-Making in Real Estate Development,” presented by Adib Al-Muheimeed, Chairman of the Real Estate Development Committee at the Madinah Chamber of Commerce, and organized by the Enterprise Support Center.

The workshop highlighted a number of key topics in the field of real estate development, most notably: feasibility analysis and risk assessment, the role of partners in value creation, and the impact of leverage on investment decision-making.

This workshop is part of efforts aimed at enhancing the business environment and empowering entrepreneurs and practitioners to expand in the real estate and construction sectors, as it includes Real Estate and Construction Week a series of specialized workshops, panel discussions, and interactive sessions with a select group of experts and specialists in the field, as part of the Business Support Centers’ efforts to provide the necessary support for the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises and enable them to achieve sustainability and expansion in the real estate and construction markets.
