NHC announced that the "Al-Sadin” development has achieved record sales exceeding 2.5 billion riyals, following the sale of more than 3,000 residential units since its launch in 2024 to date.

The "Al-Sadan” development is located south of Jeddah Province, covering an area of more than 4.2 million square meters, and features a variety of residential units, including villas, townhouses, and apartments, within a fully integrated urban environment complete with facilities and services, reflecting the growing demand for units designed to the highest standards.

The destination’s strategic location at the intersection of a network of major roads enhances accessibility, thereby improving quality of life and residential well-being. “Al-Sadan” also contributes to providing a comprehensive environment that includes mosques, schools, health centers, recreational and sports facilities, as well as daycare centers, commercial facilities, and green spaces exceeding half a million square meters, making it a vibrant and sustainable destination.

It is worth noting that the “Al-Sadan” destination embodies NHC’s vision of developing integrated urban communities centered on quality of life, by providing facilities and open spaces that enhance the urban landscape and meet residents" aspirations, in line with the objectives of the Housing Program—one of the Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives—to raise the homeownership rate to 70%. These projects also reinforce the company’s position as the largest real estate developer in the region, through models that go beyond urban construction to embody a national transformation taking shape on the ground.
