The Hail Region Secretariat, represented by the Urban Planning and Licensing Agency, a series of initiatives and significant achievements during May and June 2025, aimed at developing the urban infrastructure and promoting investment in the region in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

These efforts included issuing and monitoring (2,700) building permits, the approval of (40) investment sites, the approval of two projects, the handover of (5) investment sites to investors, and the approval of (7) investment and government plans.

Achievements included the approval of 16 permanent urban belts, the completion of 20 cadastral surveys, the handover of 5 sites to government agencies, and the allocation of 5 new government sites, as well as resolving (5) planning issues and implementing the Jabal Yatab rehabilitation project.

In the context of urban planning, 156 surveying decisions were recorded in the municipal system, and 427 certificates of compliance were issued through the same system, in addition to downloading coordinates for 20 scattered sites, issuing 182 permits through the “Pasco” system, and the preparation of (180) land transfer forms for citizens, in addition to enforcing gas station requirements at (6) sites; the completion rate for the mosque land development project reached (85%).
