According to the State Real Estate Authority, the list of opportunities includes:
First Opportunity: A 1,000 m² guesthouse for the Emirate of Eastern Province in Dammam city.
The second opportunity: A building for the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance in Houta Bani Tamim (Riyadh region) with an area of 3,235 m².
The third opportunity: A site dedicated to the Saudi Red Crescent Authority in Riyadh to store documents and medical equipment with an area of 3,000 m².
Fourth Opportunity: A property in the city of Hail dedicated to the Control and Anti-Corruption Commission with an area of 4,210 m².
Fifth opportunity: A building for the Applied College - female section - in Bisha (Asir region) with an area of 4,860 m².

Sixth Opportunity: A property allocated to the Ministry of Health in Riyadh to be the headquarters of Umm Al-Hammam Health Center on an area of 1,700 m².
Seventh opportunity: A new headquarters for the Public Prosecution in Abha (Asir region) with an area of 5,000 m².
The eighth opportunity: Document center and archives for the Real Estate Development Fund in Riyadh with an area of 4,200 m².
Ninth opportunity: Ministry of Justice headquarters in Riyadh on an area of 12,850 m².
The tenth opportunity: Another building for the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance in Al-Quwaiyah Governorate with an area of 3,000 m².
The Authority explained that these opportunities come within its strategic plans to develop and utilize government real estate in line with the needs of different entities, taking into account the technical conditions and spaces required for each entity, which contributes to raising the efficiency of government real estate and achieving sustainability in its management.
