With the aim of strengthening ties among all parties involved in the land, grants, and property sector, the Tabuk Regional Secretariat recently hosted the 10th meeting of the Kingdom’s directors of land, grants, and property, attended by the Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs for Land and Surveying, Dr. Muhammad bin Nasser Al-Rajhi.
Engineer Ibrahim Ghuban, Deputy Secretary-General for Services at the Tabuk Regional Secretariat, explained that the meeting aimed to strengthen ties between the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and the regional secretariats and municipalities across the Kingdom in the field of municipal work, increase support, and provide them with data and regulations, as well as to exchange expertise, share information, and examine problems and obstacles .
Meanwhile, the Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs for Land Affairs emphasized that these periodic meetings between specialists at the Ministry’s headquarters and their counterparts in municipal secretariats and municipalities are intended to build strong bridges of communication between the departments of land, grants, and property, and to exchange expertise and experiences , discuss and examine concerns and obstacles, and agree on joint arrangements and appropriate solutions.
He commended the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Engineer Abdul Latif bin Abdulmalik Al Sheikh, for his follow-up and attention to all matters that contribute to developing a systematic and meticulous approach to the comprehensive management of land affairs, as well as his commitment to achieving integration and consistency in performance and the execution of duties within the Ministry and its affiliated agencies in accordance with standardized, codified procedures that align with a defined policy and strategic plan .
