The “Sakani” program has released the latest statistics related to off-plan sales, which reflect the continued growth in the real estate sector and the growing demand for home ownership options through digital platforms and the comprehensive “Sakani” centers across the Kingdom.
The program reported that it recorded more than 580,000 reservations across the Kingdom, covering 623 residential projects that varied in design, size, and services, while the real estate supply exceeded 248,000 units for sale off-plan, reflecting strong confidence in the residential products on offer.
His Excellency Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, affirmed that these figures demonstrate the strength of the partnership with the private sector, and align with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to enable Saudi families to own homes and provide diverse housing options tailored to their needs, noting that these achievements reflect the strong support from the wise leadership and reinforce citizens“ confidence in the digital solutions provided by the Ministry through the ”Sakani“ platform, thereby contributing to increasing housing supply and improving quality of life.
Al-Hogail added: ”What the “Sakani” platform has achieved today is the result of a comprehensive journey led by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing in partnership with the private sector, and the efforts of our young men and women who have transformed the vision into tangible reality and concrete figures.“ He emphasized that work is ongoing to enhance housing stability and quality of life, in line with the leadership’s aspirations and the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.”
For his part, “Sakani” CEO Engineer Walid Al-Harkan noted that the digital platform seeks to enhance the user experience by offering innovative services tailored specifically for developers and users, in addition to expanding the range of financing solutions that offer multiple options and showcasing modern housing projects in a sophisticated manner that meets users“ expectations.
Al-Harkan noted that recent statistics reflect the platform’s standing, with digital visits to projects exceeding 4.4 million, while the number of users has reached more than 4.6 million, cementing ”Sakani”’s position as the Kingdom’s largest digital real estate platform providing comprehensive solutions for the real estate and housing sectors.
