The White Land Fees program called on all owners to register to avoid fines and contribute to achieving the objectives of the system in promoting urban development and increasing the supply of residential land within the targeted ranges.It should be noted that the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has clarified the mechanism of applying the fees in Riyadh, where the following percentages are imposed annually on the value of the land:
