The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) plans to launch integrated residential complexes that meet international standards through the “Investment Opportunities in Industrial Cities” forum at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Riyadh, which will be held on Tuesday, December 15. It will also showcase training centers, restaurant complexes, medical and commercial centers, gas stations, cafes, markets, service centers for industrialists, sports centers, as well as truck service centers.
Sami bin Ibrahim Al-Husseini, Director of Marketing and Public Relations at “MODON,” invited those interested in learning about the investment opportunities available in industrial cities to attend this forum to discover more opportunities; noting that the Industrial Development Fund will be present at the forum as a financing entity, and that a diverse portfolio of distinctive investment opportunities will be showcased in a number of industrial cities characterized by high population density, growing demand, and prime locations.
It is worth noting that the offering of investment opportunities in non-industrial projects within industrial cities is part of ”Madin”“s strategy to transform industrial cities into integrated communities with comprehensive services and facilities, making them ideal places to live and settle down.
