Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, said that the new policies on rental regulations aim to rebalance the real estate market. During the 25th edition of the government press conference to review real estate balance regulations, Al-Hogail pointed out that the leadership aims to have a real estate balance that serves the citizen, resident and investor, in order to achieve sustainability and growth of the real estate sector in all its activities, which has become a productive and key engine in the national economy.

Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, added that lifting the suspension on the lands north of Riyadh will change the urban fabric, pointing out that the updated system for white land fees was approved with the follow-up of the Crown Prince, stressing the need to register quickly on time to avoid fines, noting that the aim of this system is to stimulate the sector.
