His Excellency Fahd bin Mohammed Al Jubeir, Governor of Eastern Province, yesterday launched the “Neighborhood Union” initiative as part of the “Your Volunteering Builds the Future of Eastern Province” campaign launched by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing to promote the culture of volunteering and improve the urban landscape.

<The initiative aims to engage neighborhood residents in addressing visual distortions around public facilities, provide solutions, and promote community participation in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, in humanizing cities and eliminating visual distortion. The launch took place at Al Hamra Park in Dammam in the presence of officials and a number of residents, with a review of the work of volunteers and the campaign's tracks, including housing, removing disfigurement, monitoring, comprehensive volunteering, saving grace and honoring the dead.
