The Eastern Province Municipality has offered 439 permanent and temporary investment opportunities in the cities and governorates of the Eastern Province as part of its efforts to engage the private sector in development. The investment opportunities offered by Eastern Province Municipality vary between 213 permanent opportunities and 226 temporary opportunities, and these opportunities are distributed in various sectors including tourism, entertainment, sports, industry, transportation and infrastructure, and aim to improve the quality of life.
The Secretary of Eastern Province Municipality revealed that these opportunities are an extension of the Municipality's efforts to engage the private sector in development, enable and encourage investors and entrepreneurs to participate in the investment industry, and attract Gulf and foreign investors.
The Secretary of Eastern Province, Engineer Fahd Al-Jubeir, revealed the details of the investment opportunities offered, explaining that this offering comes in line with achieving the objectives of Vision 2030, and attracting distinguished investors from inside and outside the Kingdom, which enhances the realization of the pillars of the vision for a prosperous economy and a vibrant society in an ambitious nation, and the opportunities offered vary among:

The Secretary of the Eastern Province is keen to invite investors and entrepreneurs to take advantage of these opportunities, noting the contractual periods of up to 50 years, exemption periods of up to 10% of the contract period, in addition to reducing bank guarantees to only 25% of the bid value.
