The Municipality of Zaloum, north of the city of Sakaka in the Al-Jawf region, has begun offering several investment sites within its jurisdiction and along the road connecting it to Sakaka and Arar.
Saleh Fahd Al-Otaibi, Director of Public Relations and Media at the Zaloum Municipality, revealed that the municipality has signed a contract for a wedding hall and has designated investment sites for a coffee shop, billboards, and a family restaurant along the highway, in addition to a Class “A” gas station. The municipality also approved the allocation of alternative industrial land to owners of existing workshops and identified 26 investment plots.
