A source familiar with the issue of suspending the issuance of title deeds for the largest residential plans in northeastern Taif Governorate, which covers an area of 34 million square meters, has learned that the ban on the issuance of title deeds for the lands in the plan is being lifted after the completion of its organizational plan procedures, No. 2483.

The source indicated that the Reconstruction Agency in Taif Municipality has written to the General Court in the governorate to complete the organizational procedures of the plan to complete the requests for the procedures of title deeds after the Municipality had previously suspended them, according to Al-Eqtisadiya

. <The lifting of the ban on applications for certificates of entitlement came at a time when the Rumaida plan, northeast of Taif, is approved, and work is being done to complete an organizational plan for it, and the application of deductions in the areas, meaning that there is therefore no need and reason to enter the procedures for obtaining these certificates, which, according to the law, will be based on witnesses that the sale and purchase operations took place from Muhyi of the land since 1385 AH, indicating a contradiction in the procedures, especially since the Taif Municipality, according to the newspaper's report published on August 28, retracted the implementation of roads 100 and 200 meters wide, within a residential plan located on an area of 34 million square meters in the northeast of the province, as part of the recent new organizational plan for the plan, which came to save the reduction of 50 percent of the properties of citizens, estimated at about 1,700 citizens, and some properties will be completely lost by their owners, due to the construction of these roads, at a time when the real estate side in Taif Governorate still lacks the elements of safe official investment and safe private housing projects, coinciding with the suspension of the issuance of certificates of title deeds and legal deeds for large areas This is a clear indication of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs“ directives to ensure the growth and prosperity of real estate, investment and urbanization in Taif, especially since higher orders were recently issued to provide these plans with electricity, which is an unquestionable indication of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs” directions.

<“Al-Eqtisadiya” had published on June 2, that the Taif Municipality stopped the issuance of title deeds for the Rumeida plan in the northeast of the governorate, where the Taif Municipality, through its organizational plans for the “Rumeida” plan, which is located on an area estimated at about 34 million square meters, began notifying the judicial authorities to stop the issuance of title deeds and the issuance of legal deeds for lands in the plan, although a large number of them were taken by their owners as a residential building, in light of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs informed the Taif Municipality, the decision of Prince Mansour bin Miteb to connect electricity to the electricity grid. A source familiar with the issue of the Rumaida plan told Al-Eqtisadiya that the plan has been subjected to the suspension of the issuance of legal documents by the Taif Municipality, and thus the legal instruments proving the ownership of citizens of the residential buildings in that location. Especially since the plan is considered a grant, within the urban area, according to Supreme Decree No. 6984 on 3/25/1403 AH and Minister of Interior Order No. 286/4/1/29 on 27/2/1402 AH, the source pointed out that the procedure for stopping the issuance of title deeds came from the Taif Municipality.
