The Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry decided to use experts from 5 ministries representing Housing, Municipal and Rural Affairs, Commerce, National Guard and Justice to participate in the first housing committee to be formed at the level of the Saudi Chambers, which elected Engineer Khaled Bashweir as its chairman and Engineer Nidal Jamjoom and Engineer Walid Al-Hazaa as deputies, with the aim of keeping pace with the large population increase witnessed by the Red Sea bride and providing more than (25 thousand housing units annually.)
