The Cityscape Global 2025, sponsored by <a href="https://amlak.net.Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, in partnership with the General Authority for Real Estate and the Housing Program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030, and organized by the joint venture between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones, the Events Investment Fund and Informa International, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, under the theme "The Future of Urban Life“, with the participation of local and international elite developers, investors and experts in the fields of urban and housing development.

His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel, will open the activities of Cityscape Global, which is the most attended real estate event in the world, and brings together under one roof the most prominent urban and investment projects in the Kingdom, along with major real estate, financing and consulting companies from inside and outside the Kingdom.
The exhibition is part of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing's efforts to promote sustainable urban development, attract quality real estate investments, and support partnerships between the public and private sectors to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in building modern cities and raising the quality of life.
Cityscape Global 2025 highlights the major transformation of the real estate sector in the Kingdom, as a key pillar of the national economy and a major supporter of the comprehensive development process, by showcasing the most prominent major urban projects and quality initiatives that reflect the Kingdom's growing status as a global investment center.
Cityscape Global 2025 will showcase the latest real estate projects and initiatives that reflect the Kingdom's growing status as a global investment attraction center. The exhibition will showcase the latest real estate technologies (PropTech), modern construction methods, experiences of smart cities, in addition to dialogue sessions and workshops that bring together a group of ministers, decision makers and international developers to discuss the future of investment, legislation and financing in the real estate sector.

Participants include NHC, Aldariah, Roshan Group, Qiddiya City, and NEOM, as the exhibition focuses on future real estate technologies, including artificial intelligence and digital innovations, and reinforces the Kingdom's position as a global hub for real estate investment.
Cityscape 2025 in Riyadh will also see the distribution of the Cityscape 2025 brochure. <The exhibition will also witness the distribution of huge prizes, worth up to SAR 11 million, including in-kind prizes from the Sakani program, in addition to villas, cars, and vouchers. The exhibition includes five main platforms including the Future of Life Summit Platform, the Design and Architecture (DnA) Platform, the Innovation Platform, the Investor Program, and the Istad Platform specialized in sports facilities and the events industry.
Cityscape continues to consolidate its position as one of the world's largest real estate exhibitions and reinforces Saudi Arabia's position on the global urban development map, with a history of success in its 2024 edition, which witnessed more than $5.3 billion in transactions.
