According to the General Authority for Statistics bulletin, the Construction Cost Index for the Kingdom for October 2025 rose by approximately 1%, which is the highest for the same period last year. According to the Authority’s bulletin, this increase may be attributed to rising costs in both the residential and non-residential sectors.
