The Ha'il Regional Secretariat, represented by the “Itmam” Comprehensive Services Center, (14,314) reports during the third quarter of 2025, which included the provision of various municipal and administrative services to beneficiaries, with the aim of enhancing work efficiency, accelerating completion, and improving service quality.
The Secretariat clarified that the center processed 5,528 applications for land survey decisions, along with 3,895 applications for commercial licenses, and 3,410 applications for building permits, in addition to 352 applications for land consolidation and subdivision, The center also provided 540 housing services, carried out 112 municipal services, and processed 149 online appointment requests, in addition to 53 applications for the Elite Program and 38 follow-ups on technical reports.
Statistics showed the approval of 208 administrative communications and 24 approvals for the release of communications, in addition to 27 real estate development services and 24 services provided through the Development Partners Support Office, while the center recorded 3 official visits and 4 follow-ups on post-inspection requests.
