The results of FDI in the third quarter of 2025 showed that the value of net inflows amounted to SAR 24.9 billion, an increase of (34.5%) compared to the same quarter of last year, which was (18.5 billion SAR, while it recorded an increase of (5.2%) compared to the previous quarter of the same year, when net inflows amounted to (23.7) billion SAR, according to the FDI Statistics Bulletin for the third quarter of 2025 issued by the General Authority for Statistics.
.The results of the FDI statistics bulletin indicated that the net inflows amounted to (24.9) billion SAR, an increase of (34.5%) compared to the same quarter of last year. According to the results of the bulletin, the value of the inflows of foreign direct investment reached about (27.7) billion Saudi riyals during the third quarter of 2025, registering an increase of (4.4%) compared to the third quarter of 2024, which was (26.5) billion Saudi riyals.

The results of the bulletin showed that the value of foreign direct investment inflows amounted to (2.7) billion SAR during the third quarter of 2025, a decrease of (65.7%) compared to the third quarter of 2024, when it was worth (8) billion SAR. Foreign direct investment reflects a long-term relationship and lasting interest of economic entities residing in an economy other than the Saudi economy, which means that the foreign investor individually - or a group of foreign investors - owns 10% or more of the voting power of shareholders' rights.
