
Hotel Supply Saudi Arabia 2016, to be held from May 17-19, 2016 at the Jeddah Center for Forums and Events, has revealed a large number of hotel projects under construction with 431,47 rooms and 124 hotel projects, with 52 projects and nearly 20,000 rooms scheduled to open to the public across the Kingdom this year ahead of the exhibition.

<The report commissioned by TOPHOTELPROJECTS, one of the largest sourcing events for the Kingdom's hospitality industry, outlines a number of hotels scheduled to open in 2016 including The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah (March); Kempinski Hotel Al Othman, Al Khobar (May); and Nobu Hotel Riyadh - Nobu's first hotel in the Kingdom - set to open in June, According to the new report, Hilton Worldwide has the largest pipeline of hotel projects in Saudi Arabia with plans to add 28 properties to the market in the coming years, with ten hotels currently in operation in the Kingdom across its multi-brand portfolio.
