The Hail Region Secretariat reviewed, together with the owners of of buildings and stores located within the central district, the approved designs for the new urban identity, which are in line with the architectural character of the city of Hail.
The meeting discussed detailed designs aimed at improving building facades, regulating billboards and commercial signs, and addressing visual disturbances, in addition to providing technical guidelines to building owners to ensure that development projects comply with the approved designs.
The Secretariat noted that this meeting is part of its efforts to develop and improve the urban landscape and enhance the aesthetic and architectural appearance of the city center, thereby contributing to raising the quality of urban life and achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, by applying unified design standards that preserve the visual identity and highlight the elements of urban beauty in the area.
