Enterprise Support Center in Medina organized today a specialized meeting entitled “Best Project Management Strategies”, on the occasion of World Project Management Day, with the participation of a number of specialists and entrepreneurs.

<The meeting focused on reviewing the most important strategies and methods that contribute to the success and expansion of project management, through a main theme entitled “How to build a work system that combines order and flow”, presented by Nabila Kadiri, Director of the Project Management Office in a national company. During her talk, Qadri addressed the latest practices in the areas of planning and implementation, as well as methods of performance monitoring to ensure the sustainability of projects and the successful achievement of their objectives.
