Issued Ministry of Commerce The Business Sector Bulletin for the fourth quarter of 2025, including a look at the performance of the business sector and its developments in the Kingdom.
The bulletin discussed the total Business registers More than 123,000 commercial records were issued during the fourth quarter, while the total number of records reached more than 1.86 million commercial records in all regions of the Kingdom.
It included key indicators for the growth of the business sector, where foundations have grown 20% over the past five years to reach more than 1.268 million organizations, limited liability companies have exceeded 571 thousand business records with a growth of 183%, and joint stock companies have grown 50% to reach 4,733 business records by the end of the fourth quarter compared to 2020.
The bulletin highlighted the development in promising sectors, highlighting the growth of business registrations in activities such as: Artificial Intelligence, gaming industry, cybersecurity, vehicle charging station operation, e-commerce, health and other activities in the promising sectors of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
