<The Ministry of Commerce issued the Business Sector Bulletin for the fourth quarter of 2025, including a look at the performance of the business sector and its developments in the Kingdom.
The bulletin addressed the total commercial records issued during the fourth quarter of more than 123 thousand commercial records, while the total records reached more than 1.86 million commercial records in all regions of the Kingdom.It included key indicators of the growth of the business sector, where institutions have grown 20% over the past five years to reach more than one million and 268 thousand institutions, limited liability companies exceeded 571 thousand commercial records with a growth of 183%, and joint stock companies records grew 50% to reach 4,733 commercial records by the end of the fourth quarter compared to 2020.

The bulletin highlighted the development in promising sectors, highlighting the growth of commercial records in activities such as: Artificial Intelligence, gaming industry, cybersecurity, vehicle charging station operation, e-commerce, health and other activities in the promising sectors of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
