Ministerial Decision Approving the New Formation of the Medina Chamber

The Minister of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, issued Ministerial Decree No. 19462, dated June 13,1437 AH, establishing the Board of Directors of the Madinah Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the current term (1437–1441 AH) and appointing Badr bin Nayaf Amer Al-Dihani, Khalid bin Abdulqadir Asaad Daqal, Abdullah bin Muhammad Hassan Daqaq, Madani bin Sulaiman Wasil Al-Ahmadi, Munir bin Muhammad Nasser bin Saad as members of the Board of Directors, provided that the Board for its upcoming term (1437–1441 AH) shall be composed of the aforementioned five individuals and those who received the most votes and won the elections, namely Ruwaid bin Manawer Falah Al-Saadi, Ahmad bin Rashid Awad Al-Saadi, Majd bin Hamoud Alithah Al-Muhammadi, Dakhil bin Ayed Al-Sakhri Al-Ahmadi, Isa bin Salem Darwiish Al-Harbi representing the merchants" category, and Abdullah bin Yusuf Al-Suhaimi Al-Harbi, Muhammad bin Matrouk Al-Mansour, Fahd bin Alian Al-Mughir Al-Sahli, Muhammad bin Nuwai’f Nafi" Al-Alawi, and Kamal bin Muhammad Hussein Othman from the industrialists" category.

For his part, the Director General of the Chambers Administration, Yahya bin Ali Azzan, addressed a letter to both the Director General of the Ministry of Commerce’s branch and the Secretary General of the Chamber, instructing them to take the necessary measures to notify all members of the Board of Directors to convene the first meeting to elect the president, his two deputies, and the Chamber’s representative to the Council of Saudi Chambers, and to report on the outcomes so that the remaining procedures can be completed.
