Preparations are currently underway for the launch of a company specializing in tourism and heritage investment in the Al-Qassim region. The company was established at the initiative of His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage, during a meeting he held in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Al-Qassim Region and Chairman of the region’s Tourism Development Council, and business leaders from the Al-Qassim region on the sidelines of the Fifth Urban Heritage Forum, which was held in Al-Qassim recently. A committee was formed to develop a study and concept for the company’s establishment, and work is currently underway to develop an appropriate investment model to begin the required studies, which are expected to be completed within three months.

The company is part of the state’s efforts to invest in and develop the national cultural heritage, expand and advance tourism investment with state participation, and launch companies and initiatives that will contribute to a qualitative leap in national tourism.
