The Ministry of Finance, represented by the State Property Department, is offering four sites for investment to real estate development companies in real estate auctions as follows:

On the 28th of the current month of Jumada al-Thani, the auction will be for a three-story building in the Ajiad neighborhood opposite the royal palaces with an area of 75 m, while the 20th of next Rajab has been set for the auction of three other properties, where the first property is located in the Sha'ab Amer Jabal Sudan neighborhood, which is a dug land with an area of 152 m and a ten-year investment period, and the second property is located in the Sulaimaniya area, Al-Nour Division with an area of 86 m and a five-year investment period, while the third property is located in the Maabda neighborhood with an area of 236 m and a ten-year investment period.
