«Al-Huqail inaugurates Khuzam Digital Valley City and NHC Community Foundation

His Excellency Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, in the presence of NHC CEO Mohammed Al-Bati and NHC Innovation CEO Rayan Al-Aql, inaugurated the “Khuzam Digital Valley,” an integrated city specializing in data centers and digital technologies within the Khuzam destination, and the NHC Al-Ahlia Foundation, during the opening ceremony of the Future of Real Estate Forum.

Investment in Digital Infrastructure

The city is one of the key pillars of NHC’s strategy to expand its investments in digital infrastructure and the advanced, technology-driven real estate development industry, with NHC Innovation leading the project’s development and implementation. NHC CEO Mohammed Al-Bati said: “Khuzam Digital Valley represents a strategic step to accelerate the Kingdom’s ambitions in the digital economy and strengthen its position as a global hub for digital infrastructure, while delivering long-term value in line with the National Transformation Goals.”

For his part, Engineer Al-Aql said: “Through Khuzam Digital Valley, NHC Innovation offers a future-ready ecosystem that supports scalable, highly reliable, and sustainable digital operations, thereby reinforcing the project’s position as a platform for innovation-driven growth.” “Khuzam Digital Valley” spans an area of approximately 200,000 square meters and provides integrated real estate solutions designed to meet the growing demand for data centers and digital infrastructure, The city is also designed as a specialized ecosystem targeting data center operators, cloud computing and artificial intelligence companies, telecommunications service providers, and advanced technology firms.

The project offers an integrated infrastructure ecosystem encompassing power, digital services, engineering, and utilities, supported by highly reliable telecommunications networks and developed, build-ready land that meets the highest security and safety standards, “Khuzam Digital Valley” is expected to contribute to supporting the national digital economy, diversifying specialized real estate investment opportunities, creating additional roles in the technology sector, and attracting local and global investments within a tailored and conducive business environment.
