His Royal Highness Prince Fahd bin Muqrin bin Abdulaziz stressed that the Cabinet's approval to open foreign investment in the Saudi stock market is a positive step that enhances the quality, effectiveness and transparency of the market if strong and highly experienced companies and financial institutions are selected.
