The Scientific Committee of the Second International Engineering Conference and Exhibition has so far approved 108 scientific papers within the nine engineering tracks set by the committee for the conference organized by the Saudi Institution of Engineers from March 2-5, under the patronage of the Minister of Commerce and Investment, Dr. Majid Al-Qasabi, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh.

The head of the organizing committee of the conference, Engineer Farhan Al-Shammari, explained that the 108 papers selected come within the 9 engineering tracks identified by the scientific committee, namely: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Communications and Information Technology Engineering, in addition to Architecture, Safety Engineering, Renewable Energy, and Project Management.

Al-Shammari emphasized that the scientific papers that were selected were subject to review and audit by the scientific committee formed by specialists from a number of Saudi universities, in order to arbitrate the scientific papers and research received, where the participation is verified according to the criteria and rules of the scientific method for scientific research and studies, in addition to the review and proofreading of the participation.
