The 35th edition of Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition 2026 will be launched from February 11-14, 2026, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, with the participation of a number of government agencies, real estate companies, developers and investors.

The 35th edition of the Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition will be held from February 11-14, 2026, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.

Launch of PropNext Forum
Restatex Riyadh will witness the launch of the first edition of the PropNext Forum, which is held as a specialized dialogue platform that discusses through its sessions topics related to real estate legislation, financing tools, investment attractiveness and real estate development trends, with the participation of specialists from the public and private sectors, in order to contribute to reading the current transformations and foresee the future growth paths of the real estate market in the Kingdom and the Middle East region.

Discuss regulatory challenges
The exhibition is a professional framework for presenting real estate initiatives and projects, discussing regulatory and investment challenges, and exchanging experiences between relevant parties, in order to support raising the efficiency of work in the real estate sector and enhancing the alignment of its outputs with the requirements of urban development during the next phase.
The organization of the exhibition comes at a time when the real estate sector in the Kingdom is witnessing accelerated regulatory and legislative movement, in addition to the implementation of a number of development projects, reflecting a stage of development that requires enhancing integration between regulatory, financial and executive bodies, and discussing issues related to the regulation of real estate in the Kingdom and the Middle East.
