The Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition concludes its 35th edition today, Saturday, February 14, 2026, having kicked off last Wednesday amid exceptional success and significant participation from government agencies, major real estate companies, developers, and investors, reaffirming the exhibition’s status as one of the Kingdom’s leading real estate platforms.
The current edition was held under the patronage of His Excellency Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, and was hosted by the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, where it served as a comprehensive professional space to showcase the latest real estate projects and initiatives and to foster communication among various stakeholders in the real estate sector.
This year, Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition featured a significant addition this year with the launch of the first edition of the PropNext Forum, which discussed the most prominent issues in the real estate sector through specialized panel discussions, foremost among them market regulations, financing tools, investment attractiveness, and modern real estate development trends, with the participation of a select group of experts and decision-makers from the public and private sectors. The forum highlighted the rapid transformations taking place in the Saudi real estate sector and sparked in-depth discussions on growth opportunities and regulatory and financing challenges, thereby helping to chart the market’s future and enhance its regional competitiveness.
The conclusion of the exhibition comes at a time when the real estate sector is experiencing rapid legislative and regulatory changes, in parallel with the implementation of major development projects, which underscores the importance of strengthening integration among regulatory, financial, and executive bodies; developing real estate business models; and improving the efficiency of planning and execution to support sustainable growth targets.
