The Real Estate Development Fund agreed to extend the grace period granted to all citizens who were approved for the loan for an additional two years starting from 26 Shawwal 1437 to benefit from the loan during this period, as well as allowing Saudi women to buy the property financed by the Fund to replace the original borrower according to the rules and procedures followed by the Fund The Fund also agreed that the date of the first installment of the Fund's loan installments will be four months after the date of signing the contract for loans for ready-made buildings, while the first installment for buildings under construction will remain the same after twenty-four months from the date of signing the contract, and this will be implemented as of today.
<p class="p1The Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director General of the Real Estate Development Fund, Engineer Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Zughaibi, explained after the meeting chaired by the Minister of Housing and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Haqeel, at the headquarters of the Fund, recently, that the extension of the deadline comes to facilitate citizens in obtaining the appropriate housing in an easy way.
<p class="p1" dir="rtlAl-Zughaibi said that the board approved the annual report of the Fund's activity during the year 1436-1437 AH, and approved allowing Saudi women to buy the property financed by the Fund to replace the original borrower according to the rules and procedures followed by the Fund, explaining that the Board of Directors of the Fund and in order to ensure that borrowers are committed to paying installments on time.
