In a move that reflects the growing Saudi presence on the international investment map, the Saudi Investment Marketing Authority signed a memorandum of understanding with RX Arabia to organize the first edition of the international real estate exhibition «MIPIM Middle East» in the capital, Riyadh, on October 20 and 21, 2026.

The Saudi Investment Marketing Authority (SIMA) signed a memorandum of understanding with RX Arabia.

The agreement aims to establish a sustainable strategic partnership between the two sides to organize the exhibition in Riyadh this year, with the possibility of expanding the scope of cooperation in the future by launching similar events and initiatives in other major cities within the Kingdom, contributing to enhancing investment opportunities, stimulating urban development projects, and supporting ambitious growth targets.

The agreement aims to establish a sustainable strategic partnership between the two sides to organize the exhibition in Riyadh this year.

Khaled bin Saleh Al-Khattaf, CEO of the Saudi Investment Marketing Authority, said that this step reflects the commitment of the investment system in the Kingdom to develop the investment environment and raise its competitiveness, especially in the real estate and infrastructure sectors, which are witnessing rapid growth. He added that hosting the exhibition in Riyadh reinforces the Kingdom's position as a major gateway to investment opportunities in the region and an attractive global business center, and provides a strategic platform that allows investors direct access to quality projects and promising opportunities in the Saudi real estate market.

MIPIM is the world's largest real estate exhibition and an international platform that brings together investors, decision makers, developers and project leaders from different countries. The Middle East edition represents an extension of its global presence and reinforces the region's position on the international real estate investment map as the Kingdom continues to establish itself as a major hub for major investments in the real estate and infrastructure sector.
