Adopting the standardized form for submitting Saudi Architecture applications for residential buildings in Sakaka

Jouf Municipality announced the adoption of the "Unified Model for Submitting Applications for Saudi Architecture" for residential buildings in the city of Sakaka; to enhance the urban identity and apply the "Northern Najdi Style” standards within the efforts to improve the urban landscape.The model aims to unify procedures and accelerate the review of engineering plans, with the requirement to adhere to the details of heritage decorations, provide high-resolution (2D) plans and (3D) perspectives, in addition to organizing the location of services and planting to ensure the aesthetics of facades in accordance with the Saudi Building Code.

The Municipality stressed on engineering offices to adhere to the approved design guides and not to mix architectural styles to ensure a sustainable urban environment that reflects the cultural heritage of the region.
