the Royal Commission for Riyadh City has announced an investment tender for naming rights to five major stations within the Riyadh Metro project, including: Al-Murooj, Al-Nuzha, King Fahd 1 District, Al-Rabee“, and Jarir District. The tender will begin with the first group of five stations—Al-Murooj, King Fahd 1 District, Al-Nuzha, Al-Rabee”, and Jarir District— under long-term contracts spanning ten years. The Authority is inviting private-sector investors, both local and international, to participate, in accordance with strict regulations and standards aligned with major international public transportation projects.

The Authority will begin accepting bids from interested companies through the "Fursat" platform until May 10, 2026, after which the applications will be reviewed, the winning companies announced, and the contracts awarded to them.
This step follows the previous phase, which saw the awarding of a tender for naming rights to seven stations to a number of major economic entities, in accordance with specific regulations and criteria; this is intended to generate substantial financial returns that will be reinvested to support the project’s sustainability, develop its operational services, and reduce its costs, while also providing modern services to its users in partnership with the private sector, thereby contributing to improving the quality of life in the city, developing its economic infrastructure, unlocking its potential, enhancing its competitiveness, and improving its investment climate—all in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The investment project in train station naming rights offers private-sector companies, including financial institutions and brands, a unique opportunity to strengthen their presence and establish their marketing identity within the region’s largest public transportation project. This includes leveraging a range of advertising opportunities, such as directional signs, elevator and staircase platforms, and ticket gates, in locations characterized by high population density, active commercial traffic, and high ridership.
