the Hail Regional Secretariat a specialized workshop with the participation of a team from the Tahfiz Agency Housing Supply and Real Estate Development teams to discuss ways to develop land and residential plans in the region.
The workshop reviewed modern models of land development, and best practices in the planning and design of residential neighborhoods; thereby promoting optimal land use and enhancing urban sustainability, in addition to discussing mechanisms for leveraging the real estate stock to support organized urban expansion.

Participants also explored opportunities to develop the real estate investment environment and activate regulatory tools that help accelerate the implementation of housing projects, while strengthening coordination among relevant authorities to achieve urban development goals.
The workshop aims to enable relevant authorities to adopt modern planning and development methods that contribute to improving the quality of housing projects and providing integrated urban environments that meet the needs of residents.
