Auction to sell Dammam's Tanwei Industrial Scheme to be held on April 27

A consortium consisting of Ajlan & Brothers Group and Ammar Real Estate Company announced the sale of the Tannawiya Industrial Scheme located in Dammam, west of the Second Industrial City, in a public auction on April 27 with an area of approximately 900,000 square meters.

The Tannawiya Industrial Scheme is located in Dammam, west of the Second Industrial City.

Tanwei Industrial Scheme has unique and diverse investment features, including the development of infrastructure, the establishment of diversified industrial centers, the establishment and leasing of warehouses, investment in residential services for workers and investment in supply, storage, packaging and other assembly operations and workshops.

On the occasion of the sale of the scheme, the company announced the sale of the scheme. Ajlan Al Ajlan, Chairman of Ajlan & Brothers Group, said that the demand for land for industrial uses, warehouses, factories and multi-use maintenance centers is high, as a result of the tremendous and rapid development in the overall growth of business, industry and trade.

On the occasion of the sale of the plan, Ajlan Al Ajlan, Chairman of Ajlan & Brothers Group, said. For his part, Abdulhadi Al-Qahtani, CEO of Ammar Real Estate Company, explained that the engineering design of the plan took into account all technical aspects and qualitative solutions for an industrial area that establishes the industries of the future; the development of the infrastructure of the plan took nearly two years and the project was developed in accordance with the approved regulatory specifications.
