Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, represented by the Holy Capital Municipality, equipped 28 municipal service centers in Holy Sites during the 1447 Hajj season, to be field points closer to the sites of density, and more capable of following up operational work, and raising the speed of response in Mina, Muzdalifah and Arafat.

The centers were distributed among the ranges of the feelings by (22) centers in Mina, (3) centers in Muzdalifa, and (3) centers in Arafat, providing direct field coverage to the locations most related to the movement of the pilgrims, their stay, and their movement between the feelings.<The centers work to follow up municipal services around the clock, through field teams that supervise cleanliness and environmental sanitation works, monitor markets and stalls, monitor and address observations, in addition to direct coordination with the competent departments and related parties to ensure that the service continues efficiently at peak times.

The Municipality has supported these centers with human cadres, field leaders and the necessary operational equipment, to be a practical extension of the Hajj plan, a daily control point for the quality of implementation, and the speed of dealing with changes in the field.
These centers aim to bring the municipal service closer to the pilgrim, and to transform the pain and suffering of the pilgrims.
