In a ceremony dedicated entirely to real estate, His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, opened the Riyadh Real Estate, Housing, and Urban Development Exhibition (RESTATEX) yesterday evening, Sunday, at the Riyadh Exhibition Center.

During his tour of the exhibition and its pavilions, Al-Hogail praised the active participation of government agencies and the private sector, expressing his hope that citizens, interested parties, and specialists would find what meets their aspirations and desires, and emphasizing that such exhibitions provide a golden opportunity for citizens to learn about the latest real estate and financing products.
In his speech, he emphasized the importance of partnership between the public and private sectors, which is based on the interests of the nation and its citizens and participation in comprehensive development, in addition to the diverse services provided by other participating entities.

During the opening ceremony, the Minister of Housing honored the exhibition’s sponsors.
