His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Eastern Province, launched the “Marasi” residential project today at the emirate’s headquarters, in the presence of Abdullah bin Abdul-Latif Al-Fawzan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Retal Real Estate Development Company, accompanied by a number of the company’s executives.
His Highness the Governor of the Eastern Province emphasized that providing affordable housing is one of the fundamental pillars for enhancing family stability and quality of life, noting that the support and attention the housing sector receives from the wise leadership —may God support them—has contributed to raising homeownership rates and providing diverse housing options that meet the needs of Saudi families and keep pace with their aspirations.
He explained that integrated housing projects help create modern urban environments that provide the necessary services and facilities and enhance quality of life, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to build vibrant and sustainable communities.
For his part, Al-Fawzan presented to His Highness the Governor of the Eastern Province an overview of the project and its facilities and services, which contribute to improving the quality of life and meeting the aspirations of families, in line with the comprehensive development goals the region is witnessing, noting that the project consists of residential land and fully serviced housing units designed according to the latest planning standards.

The project offers land, fully integrated residential units, modern services, and a large central park, all designed to enhance the quality of life and support the Vision 2030 in the Eastern Province.
