A number of senior officials from the Riyadh Municipality will speak at the workshop, where they will review the range of services the municipality provides to small business owners, as well as the regulations governing the issuance and oversight of licenses.
On this occasion, Engineer Mansour bin Abdullah Al-Shathri, a member of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Riyadh Center for Small and Medium Enterprises, emphasized that the workshop will provide many businesspeople with the opportunity to learn about the commercial activities that can be conducted at various real estate locations before leasingthem, thereby helping their business projects comply with municipal requirements early on and protecting them from setbacks or delays in operations. Al-Shathri called on small and medium-sized business owners and entrepreneurs to attend this workshop, which highlights the regulations, technical standards, and municipal, health, and technical controls governing the licensing of commercial establishments by the Riyadh Municipality.
