The Real Estate Committee of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce is organizing an extensive meeting today, Tuesday, under the title “Real Estate Fund Governance and Its Impact on Market Efficiency and Investor Confidence,“ in the main hall at the Chamber’s headquarters (Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Muqairn Hall) from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The session aims to highlight the pivotal role of governance in promoting transparency and stability in the Kingdom’s real estate sector. The session will feature the following speakers: Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al-Askar, an expert in corporate governance and the governance of investment and real estate funds, and Abdulrahman bin Sulaiman Al-Aqil, Assistant Deputy Governor for Supervision at the Capital Market Authority, while the session will be moderated by journalist Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Suleimi, an anchor at Al-Ikhbariya TV.
Participants will discuss key topics, including the challenges of asset management and governance real estate funds from a practical perspective, the regulatory environment, and the future of these funds, in addition to an open discussion session to answer questions from interested parties and investors, thereby contributing to supporting the investment environment and enhancing its efficiency.
